ellipsis…

Hello friends…

around the Regent community gender issues have been somewhat of a hot topic. we recently had a woman lecture about equality, and another well respected prof stand up and disagree. Both speakers were emotional about what they were saying. This is a big question from me being a woman who is planning on heading into ministry…what can/should my role look like? It’s especially frustrating because i am coming from a business degree where i was taught that female leadership is coveted in successful companies… so, then why not in the church?

I’m putting this out there because i would like to hear what your views are on this. What should the husband/wife relationship be like? and what is a woman’s place in ministry? don’t be afraid of offending me, i’ve heard jut about everything from people around here. I love you guys.

ok. so hailey isn’t the only girl sporting a new sparking diamond. stephanie and jeremy got engaged on sunday! jeremy had until the end of october to pop the question, and he planned it perfectly. i couldn’t be around for jeremy’s bended knee, so i couldn’t take any pictures. a big yeah! for you two as well.
