ellipsis…

i’m not so sure of myself anymore. not like i was really all the sure of myself before. it seems lately, that i’ve been putting myself out there just to see what comes back to me. in my head it’s the fastest way to actually get results. really not the smartest way sometimes, but you do get some candid reactions. that’s why i’m not so sure of myself anymore. i never really took chances like that before. i’ve always have been too afraid of the outcome. now not knowing the outcome drives me to just put myself out there to see what people throw back at me. maybe it’s the curiosity of it all. so far i’m still standing. we’ll have to see how the rest of me ends up.

i have to give a huge, HUGE, shout out to my friend Nicole for making it on to the Canadian National Team for Duathlon. that’s super cool!!! Nik is currently the 11th ranked Duathlete in the World, and is steaming full speed ahead. watch out for this chick folks, she’s a medal contender!

in December Nik was up from Calgary to do some promotional shots with me. we had a blast!

i’m sitting in my friend’s house, blogging as two of my best friends are trying to trump eachother at crib. out of this threesome, they are the two most competitive people i know. which puts me at a little bit of a loss…. i don’t get to play along. i don’t mind so much since i get some relax time sit and write, and watch the drama that ensues. i enjoy these two people quite alot since we tend to stem from the same brain, and are able to just be stupid without any reservation with eachother. there are very few times in life when you find friends like this; especially the two of them.
